Welcome to Brown Elk Cabin, your family friendly retreat in the Pocono! This charming cabin is equipped with a hot tub, fire pit, a table for both pool and ping pong, and plenty of space outdoor for soaking in the fresh mountain air. The spacious outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. Just moments away, you'll find a private community lake with a beach and playground. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

Relax by the fire, take a short walk to the lake beach or head out to the many nearby attractions. Brown Elk Cabin has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms offering plenty of room for the entire family. It's the perfect getaway for both entertaining and relaxing in the Poconos! Guests have access to the entire cabin which features:

Your furry friend is also welcome! Guests bringing a pet must disclose it at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee. Please note:
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.

Please Read:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 13 people.
* A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
* Per Community request, guests will be asked to provide a list of their vehicle(s) information prior to the start of their stay. The cabin allows a maximum of 5 cars at all times and it is mandatory for all vehicles to be registered with the community before arrival.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
* Only REGISTERED boats, kayaks, paddle boards are allowed on the lake.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
